The Treasurer
The treasurer shall be elected by ballot vote at the general meeting.
Is charged with the following responsibilities;
- Ensuring financial compliance of the ministry in accordance with the approved plans & budgets
- Posting all financial information in the books of accounts
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Ensuring equitable allocation & distribution of financial resources
- Ensuring that resources are used as per the budget & work plans
- Monitoring internal controls
- Approves all expenditures & application of funds on all project activities
- Participating in the continuous review of the budgets & policies & ensure their implementation
- Records incomes & expenditures in the book of accounts.
Public Relations Officer
The Public Relations Officer shall be elected by ballot vote at the general meeting.
Is charged with the following responsibilities;
- Does all necessary publicity about ministry and its activities.
- Ensures the maintenance of ministry instruments that is P.A systems, projectors, video cameras and other equipments.
- Records all organization activities, speeches & summons.
- Conducts radio/T.V programs of the organization.
- Advertises all the activities, programs, upcoming events of the organization.
Monitoring & Evaluation officer
The M&E officer shall be elected by ballot vote at the general meeting.
Is charged with the following responsibilities;
- Monitoring of the implementation of ministry activities
- Evaluating the achievement of the ministry outcomes, using the agreed indicators
- Analyzing ministry results in relation to activities & inputs.
- Providing continuous feedback to ministry staff on progress, results and challenges
- Analyzing of ministry’s effectiveness and sustainability
- Data collection, maintenance, analysis & reporting.
